make a difference. Responsibilities Assist the Director in client
management, including the development of a positive, on-going
relationship with the client Handle all enrollment paperwork for
the client company Manage the open enrollment process for all
assigned clients to ensure employees are properly enrolled. Ensure
all compliance items are properly prepared and filed Mantain the
Agency Management System with all required data and pulling reports
as needed. Participate in all operation team meetings Knowledge,
Skills, and abilities A solution-based approach to problem-solving.
Critical thinking skills. Ability to effectively and efficiently
handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adhere to
customer requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving and
organizational skills. High level of comfort with technology
Education and experience Bachelors degree preferred. 3 years
working in a role for an employee benefits broker Florida Insurance
license 215 Advanced MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint
