a Tax Staff professional to join our Business Tax Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to
build a strong foundation in tax compliance and advisory services.
You’ll work on a variety of client engagements across industries,
gaining hands-on experience and access to senior-level mentorship

culture. What You'll Do Prepare U.S. federal and state tax returns
for individuals (Form 1040 and 1041), Exempt Orgs (Form 990)
partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Form 1120 and 1120-S)
Assist in preparing supporting tax workpapers and income
calculations Conduct research on federal and state tax laws to
support compliance and planning strategies Participate in client
meetings and help resolve tax-related matters Work with Managers
and Seniors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tax
engagements Learn and apply firm standards, tools, and procedures
for tax compliance Collaborate with team members to meet client
needs and deadlines Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work
environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
(required) CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification 1–2
years of tax experience in public accounting, corporate tax, or
internship settings preferred Working knowledge of U.S. federal and
state tax compliance concepts Familiarity with tax software (e.g.,
CCH, GoSystem, OneSource) is a plus Strong attention to detail and
commitment to quality Excellent communication and organizational
skills Ability to manage time effectively in a deadline-driven
environment Preferred Experience Experience preparing individual
(1040), partnership (1065), and corporate (1120) tax returns
Research and technical writing skills for supporting tax positions
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related applications Motivated
self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams
Interest in working with private companies, entrepreneurs, and
small-to-midsize businesses
