Overview We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services
Representative to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville,
Florida . Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally

passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded
by a team committed to shared success. In this role, the Patient
Services Representative will: Welcome patients and visitors to the
office Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls Schedule
appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting
follow-up calls when necessary Provide timely and accurate
information and quality customer service to incoming patient
inquiries Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and
updating personal, financial, and insurance information What You’ll
Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical
skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care

empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills
Include: High school diploma; Associates degree preferred Minimum
of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting
Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and
medical billing Women's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience
preferred Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e.
computer, fax, copier, etc.) Basic computer proficiency with
Microsoft Office suite Ability to communicate accurately and
concisely Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines in an ever-changing environment More important than any
