Full-time Work Schedule : Monday — Friday 8:00am — 4:30pm (overtime
may be required at times) Position Summary: Orange Blossom Family
Health is seeking an individual to lead our Facilities Maintenance
Team. The Facilities Maintenance Team is responsible for
maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all employees and
visitors. Responsibilities include ensuring that the facilities,
vehicles, and equipment are well maintained and in good working
order. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a strong
work ethic. Facilities and Fleet management is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities & Expectations: Provide oversight and leadership
to the facilities maintenance team Perform routine inspections of
the facilities interior, exterior and landscaping. Coordinate
repairs and service as needed. Ensure all cleaning materials and
supplies are stored correctly Ensure facility is well maintained
Perform routine inspection of HVAC System (heating, ventilation,
and air conditioning) as well as Plumbing/Water and Electrical
Systems. Coordinate repairs and service as needed. Responsible for
management of fleet. Ensure that vehicles (mobile units, cargo and
passenger vans) are clean, well-maintained, and in working order.
Coordinate repairs and service as needed. Serve as initial point of
contact for fire and security alarms. Adhere to health and safety
regulations. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and
regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a facilities
maintenance role preferred e Experience in fleet management
preferred Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards Ability to work
with outside vendors Ability to handle heavy equipment and
machinery Strong attention to detail Good communication skills High
school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently or as

Requirements: Needed: Sitting, Standing, Walking, Lifting/Carrying
(2 25 lbs), Kneeling, Pushing/Pulling, Bending/Stooping, Reaching,
Repetitive Motions Additional Information: Work Environment: This
role requires working in a variety of settings including offices,
restrooms, and common areas. The job involves physical labor and
may require lifting heavy items. The job also involves outdoor
tasks such as picking up litter, sweeping walkways. Location:
