For Our growing service department is looking for ambitious,
goal-oriented individuals to join our team. No automotive
experience required but a plus. Call Center, Customer Service, and
Retail Sales professionals looking for an opportunity to grow and
develop your career apply here! Responsibilities: Manage a
high-volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text,
and chat Respond to all inbound lead requests promptly Be a liaison
between customers and the service department Assist in implementing
customer campaigns and marketing projects Must be comfortable with
computers programs and smart devices Assist in generating reports
and logs Qualifications: Call center experience a plus Dealership
experience a plus Automotive Service experience a plus Must be
available to work some weekends as needed Excellent phone,
organizational, written, and oral skills Ability to instantly build
rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor Must
have a valid driver’s license Positive Attitude Good verbal and
written communication skills Self-motivation and self-sufficient
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Drive to
