Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide services in a school setting serving PreK through 5th grade
students. This role offers approximately 15 hours per week over 2
days, focusing on pediatric speech and language support within
early childhood and elementary education. Location: Apopka, FL
Type: Contract, Part-Time (2 days per week, 15 hours total) Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to
students from PreK to 5th grade. Collaborate and support the
existing part-time SLP on staff. Implement individualized treatment
plans based on student needs. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of student progress. Participate in team meetings and
contribute to intervention strategies. Qualifications: Valid
Florida Department of Health license for Speech-Language Pathology
required. Experience working with pediatric populations in school
settings preferred. Familiarity with early childhood and elementary
school caseloads is essential. Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively within a school team.
