Job Description Job Description Full time/ In office position Conduct investigations, site observations, review of submittals, complete and review analysis, and design calculations; execute and manage the preparation of drawings and specifications; assist with mentoring of junior staff; manage project budgets and schedules; interact with clients; and prepare technical reports. Responsible for analysis and design of structural elements for commercial, industrial and food processing facilities. Applications include foundations, mat slab, structural steel framing, tilt-up walls, precast concrete structures, concrete design, masonry walls, wood design and light-gauge metal framing. Preparation of contract documents, calculations, observations reports, and estimates. Working knowledge of building codes and standards such as IBC, FBC, ASCE-7, AISC, ACI, as well as of AutoCAD, Revit, RAM Structural System, RISA 3D, Enercalc and Excel is preferred.
