$60,000–$86,000. This range reflects an annualized hourly rate that
includes shift differential, overtime, and an annual bonus; actual
earnings will vary. Starting pay: based on your experience. Hiring
bonus: $5,000 paid within your first year. Shift premium: $3/hour

Comfortable troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment? Check. Read
mechanical prints and wiring diagrams with ease? Check. Know your
way around bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics/pneumatics, VFDs, and
conveyor systems? Check. Can you log work, parts, and time in SAP
and own the documentation? Check. Ready to grab a hoist or overhead

required PPE. Diagnose malfunctions with test gear and hand tools;
identify root causes in electro?mechanical systems. Interpret
blueprints, schematics, and drawings to plan repairs. Select
correct grades/sizes of bolts, pipe/tube, cables, and wire. Inspect
assets, remove/replace defective parts using cranes, hoists, and
power tools. Prepare accurate maintenance reports with trends and
corrective actions. Deliver high-quality work on time; be flexible
for business needs. Work realities Rotating shifts that include
weekends and holidays. Extended standing, walking, and bending;
work at heights and in extreme temperatures. What you’ll need to
bring High School Diploma or GED (required). 5 years of field
experience in heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing
(required). Experience in welding, cutting, fabrication, and
equipment maintenance (preferred); 5 years in these disciplines
preferred. Ability to use precision measurement instruments
(calipers, micrometers, indicators). Where you’ll apply your skills
Proficiencies: PLC troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting,
industrial automation troubleshooting, and equipment diagnostics.
Tech: Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Allen?Bradley PLCs, and
