Development Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)
We’re partnered with a nationally ranked design firm seeking a
Senior Civil Engineer to lead site development projects across
commercial, residential, and institutional markets. The role
focuses on design execution, quality control, and mentoring junior
engineers within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities: Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, and
utility designs Manage permitting processes and agency coordination
Support project budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC review Collaborate
with architects, surveyors, and other consultants Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering (P.E. preferred) 5–10 years of civil
engineering experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and
stormwater modeling tools Experience with land development, zoning,
and permitting Compensation: $100K–$130K Base Bonus | Full Benefits
