A company in Apopka, FL is seeking Solderers to install components onto circuit boards, perform surface?mount and hand soldering, and support final assembly and testing. Candidates should be comfortable working under a microscope and handling delicate electronic parts. Skills: Soldering / SMT (Surface Mount Technology) / Hand Soldering / Microscope Use / Electronic Manufacturing / Component Inspection / Wire & Cable Harness Soldering Experience Level: Entry–Intermediate Level Location: Apopka, FL Pay / Shift: $18.00 – $20.00/hr (based on experience) Additional Skills & Qualifications Surface Mount soldering experience. Component level and fine pitch soldering experience. Experience with QFP (Quad Flat Package). Re-work experience is a plus. Work Environment The work environment is intimate, with approximately 20 employees on the production/soldering floor. The facility is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable temperature. Each Solderer will have their own workbench equipped with necessary tools and a halo lamp. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
