Missile (FBM)Program is seeking a high potential and
high-performing leader with relevant Program Management experience
and demonstrated ability to collaborate proactively within diverse
teams to support program performance execution excellence. FBM
develops, designs, produces, maintains, and replenishes
submarine-launched ballistic missiles capable of flying more than
4,000 nautical miles with a full payload. FBM is a reliable program
that has been a part of the United States for over 60 years with

the following daily challenges: This position holds procurement
management and delegation responsibility for all applicable
supplier agreements and contracts within the established authority.
You will perform subcontract program management duties in support
of the program, including: • Manages subordinate teams overseeing
subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract
types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual
requirements and company policies. • Directs and manages all costs,
quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance
requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product
family and is required to ensure performance and support of the
contract milestones of the system. • Develops sourcing and
subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall
program capture needs, execution, and risk management. • Acts as
the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management
office. • Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract
from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions
through requests for proposals, transition to program startup, and
contract closeout. • Establishes milestone objectives to manage
performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
• Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers,
quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful
subcontract execution and program delivery. To be effective, you
will need to possess these basic qualifications: • Bachelor's
degree from an accredited college, or equivalent
experience/combined education. • 8 years of experience in Supply
Chain Management, (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration,
Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category
Management). • Proven track record of managing and leading
projects/ teams to meet or exceed program goals and matrices. •
Experience with SAP/P2P or similar supply chain management
software. • Experience with building compliant purchase orders. •
Experience with training Subcontractor Administrators. • Experience
with peer reviews for high complexity programs. • You will need to
be a US Citizen (no dual citizens), and be able to obtain and
maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance , to support this government
contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check,
in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified

degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, •

Experienced Professional New team-based projects. • Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. •
Self-starter with a proven orientation towards action and driving
projects forward to completion. This position does not support
teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our
Lockheed Martin Space facility one of the Coolest places to work:

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
