JOB DESCRIPTION

The DIRECTOR OF SALES is responsible for accelerating the growth of sales by building and retaining a team of high performing Career Consultants capable of achieving or exceeding goals.

SALES/RECRUITING:

Lead by example by showcasing your ability to move candidates through the pipeline. You should spend at least 50% of your day in the weeds with your recruitment team, assisting new recruiters in closing first deals, and guiding mid-range and seasoned recruiters through their next phase of growth

Develop fun and innovative ways to engage and train recruiters on Advanced s rapidly expanding school market and special education staffing business line, while continuing to make incremental y/y growth in the medical setting business lines

Actively monitor team and individual performance and drive deals by helping to remove internal barriers without sacrificing quality

Anticipate and resolve conflicts to drive team s success

Achieve or exceed monthly Average Temps on Assignment , Gross Profit, Desk Average and hiring goals.



MUST TEAM PARTNERSHIP-2020 SCHOOL & UNIVERSITY EXPANSION

As a Director you will be required to take an active role in the MUST Team client Districts/University/Medical Facility sales

Outside of your own direct new business efforts, you will be called upon and expected to visit and assist in closing new District/University/Medical Facility customers as well as, existing District/University/Healthcare customer expansion within your Region. The above may include: Career fairs, University Lunch and Learns, and School District MSP Sales



LEADERSHIP

Plan, organize, and create individual and team growth plans. Develop and communicate strategies and goals with each team member, holding all team members accountable for achieving goals. Advise staff of formal policies and procedures, as well as the consequences of missing sales targets

* Achieve or exceed monthly Average Temps on Assignment , Gross Profit, Desk Average and hiring goals.

* Actively monitor team performance and drive deals by helping to remove internal barriers without sacrificing quality

* Anticipate and resolve conflicts to drive team s success

* Manage and validate recruiter pipelines by analyzing key reporting metrics in TempBase and conducting weekly pipeline/net gain reviews

* Identify operational problems that impact the effectiveness of recruiting activities and overall sales performance and work with appropriate department heads on solutions

* In partnership with the DVP, create, implement and execute on tactical sales plans, training and development initiatives that drive measurable and profitable TOA net gain, customer retention, and increased GP

* In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team interview and hire top talent

* Provide train, coach, and develop Career Consultants to be successful across all aspects of their role by providing learning and growth opportunities

* Make proactive performance-based decisions on Career Consultants, holding them accountable to their minimum performance standards based on time employed.

* Recommend and/or initiate salary, promotion, disciplinary, or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with Company rules and policies. Alert HR management of potentially serious issues.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor s Degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

* 3+ years of leadership experience
