for shifts Description: Provides direct patient care in the
Intensive Care Unit. Monitors and assesses patients' conditions.
Administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborates
with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Maintains
accurate and detailed patient records. Educates patients and
families about health conditions and care plans. Participates in
interdisciplinary rounds and meetings. Ensures compliance with
established protocols and standards of care. Responds promptly to
