Job Description Psychiatrist A Psychiatrist Position is needed
in Melbourne, FL Join our team in the beautiful coastal city of

exceptional psychiatric services. Salary and Benefits - Salary
Range: $250,000 - $275,000 annually - Relocation Allowance Offered
- Health Insurance – Employer Pays 91% ($47 per pay period) -
Vision and Dental Insurance Provided - Short-term/Long-term
Disability Coverage - Life Insurance Included - Retirement Package:
8.5% Employer Contribution - Paid Time Off – 26 Days in the First
Year, Up to 44 Days - Ability to Sell Back PTO at 100% Value - Paid
Holidays: 9 per year - Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance
and Time Off - Malpractice Coverage Responsibilities - Monday to
Friday (8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) with possible
on-call duties - Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication
management, and follow-up care for patients - Work in an inpatient
setting with patient volume varying based on census - Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment
plans - Provide consultation and second opinions as needed -
Supervise and mentor psychiatric residents or students (if
applicable) - Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
(Credible) - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best
practices within the organization Requirements - Clear and active
licensure as a Psychiatrist in the state of Florida - Board
Certification in Psychiatry (or Board Eligibility) - Strong
clinical and interpersonal skills - Experience in inpatient
