Urgent Coverage Needed: Shared Care Casein need ofan experienced
ventilator nurse for 14 y/o female patient and 24 y/o male patients
Shifts:Monday to Sunday 8pm - 8am Location: Titusville, FL About

(LPNs) - Medication administration per physician orders - Physician
ordered treatments for: - Nutrition via a feeding tube -
Tracheostomy care - Suctioningnasal, oral and/or endotracheal -
Ventilation care - Seizure assessment and treatment Requirements
for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Current, active Florida LPN
license - Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online) -
G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train - TB Skin Test
(PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) - Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA
Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed) - 1- Hour DOEA
