Locums About the Facility An Emergency Department is seeking an
Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage. About the
Facility Location The facility is located in Jacksonville, Florida
area. Jacksonville, Florida is filled with beaches and national
parks for you to relax and unwind after a shift. The hot weather
makes this a short-town almost all year-round. About the
Clinician's Workday Local candidates are ideal but will cover
travel and lodging. ABEM required but will take board eligible. No
particular life certifications are required. Temp privs available.
They are flexible with availability and block scheduling is fine.
The Physician would need to be open to days, swing shift, and
nights. There will be a mix of ED and Urgent care cases. The EMR is
EPIC. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: 55-65ppd at hospital.
40ppd at Freestanding ED's Support Staff: Double MD coverage with
APP support at hospital. Single MD coverage with APP support at
Freestanding ED. Patient Population: All Ages Call Ratio/Schedule:
20 shifts per month. has 9hr shifts. Shift times start at 7a, 12p,
3p and 10p. Location Type: On-Site Prescriptive Authority Required:
