Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a committed and experienced Clinical Lead
RN for our Observation Unit, a role vital in overseeing the

operations in the Observation Unit, ensuring efficient patient care
and adherence to hospital procedures. Supervise and mentor unit
staff, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance
professional growth and patient outcomes. Develop and implement
policies and standards that improve the quality of care and patient
safety. Monitor patient care processes, implementing improvements
and innovations when necessary. Coordinate with multidisciplinary
teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in clinical
review sessions to enhance practice protocols in line with current
medical guidelines and research. Advanced clinical skills in
observation and acute care. Strong leadership and management
abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using healthcare technology and patient management
systems. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and
effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid and active Registered Nurse license. BSN or higher in
nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certifications.
