In this role, you will be tasked with providing top-notch physical therapy services in our state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and within our vast network of home health agencies. This position focuses on developing, restoring, and enhancing the mobility and functional ability of patients who have suffered from injuries or illnesses. Assess patient condition by conducting physical examinations and evaluating medical histories. Formulate treatment plans to address the needs and goals of patients. Implement physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient's condition and response to treatment. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and ongoing management of their physical conditions. Maintain patient records and document treatment outcomes and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care.
