Collaborate with transplant surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all legal and hospital procedures. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Experience with IV insertion, phlebotomy, and managing central lines Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Florida BLS certification ACLS certification preferred Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) or Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is advantageous
