Job Description:

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Endovascular OR to join our healthcare team. This role focuses on providing specialized nursing care in the endovascular operating room where minimally invasive surgeries are performed under imaging guidance. The successful candidate will work in our state-of-the-art facility, contributing to complex surgical procedures and ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the RN will manage preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for patients undergoing endovascular surgeries. Assist in performing endovascular procedures and ensure the operating room is prepared with necessary equipment and materials. Monitor patient status and provide updates to the surgical team. Administer medications and maintain detailed records of patient care. Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and post-surgical care. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care during surgeries. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Proficiency in endovascular care and perioperative nursing procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems In-depth knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
