This role involves delivering physical therapy services across multiple school locations, serving a caseload of approximately 40 active students through both direct therapy and consultations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide physical therapy services to students across various school sites, including itinerant visits as needed. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. - Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress. - Document services, maintain accurate records, and complete required reporting in a timely manner. - Participate in onboarding procedures and adhere to district policies. Qualifications and Experience: - Valid professional physical therapy license is required. - Previous experience in school-based physical therapy is strongly preferred, though not mandatory. - Ability to serve a diverse student population with varying physical therapy needs. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Availability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, typically 8 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break.
