Job Summary and Qualifications • In partnership with key division personnel and hospital administrative teams, develops strategy, promotes operational standards, and ensures that services are coordinated o Facilitation of the planning process and implementation activities with division and hospital leadership o Participation in the annual budgeting process o Improvement of service line profitability (e.g., cost structure) o Monitoring and ensuring service line quality (e.g., clinical outcomes, credentialing/privileging ) o Market share stabilization/growth o Net revenue & volume growth o Contribution and EBDITA Margins (Service Line P&Ls) o Quality & Process Indicators (e.g., core measures) o HCAHPS o Successful service line development and implementation o Physician Retention and Loyalty rates What qualifications you will need: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited college or university • Requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in the specific service line • five (5) years in a leadership or management role/capacity HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is a 323-bed facility.
