Employment Type: Travel *Includes estimated wage of $20 - $30hr &
non-taxable travel benefits if eligible* Home Health PT 30 visits
per week Mileage paid at $.70 per mile - starting after first visit
and ends after last visit PTA on staff PTs responsible for Start of
Care, Evals & discharges mainly ASAP Start 40hrs/wk 13 weeks
