Physician to join our growing team at Baptist Primary Care Park
Avenue. This established outpatient practice serves a thriving
community just south of Jacksonville, offering a supportive
environment and access to Baptist Health’s extensive network of
hospitals and specialists. What You Can Expect • Competitive
guaranteed base compensation of $260,000 based on experience •
$20,000 signing bonus and year-two retention bonus • Average of
18–22 patients per day • Shared call schedule with excellent
work-life balance • Epic EHR system Comprehensive Benefits • Full

Board Eligible in Family Medicine • Active/unrestricted Florida
medical license • BLS and DEA certification preferred • 3–5 years
