We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join
an established pain management practice in Gainesville, Florida.
The clinic is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a
supportive, collaborative environment, focusing on improving the
quality of life for patients with chronic pain. This is an
excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new
graduates to grow in a dynamic clinical setting. Compensation and
Benefits Base Salary: $110,000-$120,000 per year, with
production-based income potential. Bonuses: Performance-based
bonuses to reward productivity and quality care. Benefits:

plan. Vacation: Negotiable vacation time to support work-life
balance. Schedule Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. No call, nights, weekends, or holidays required, ensuring
a balanced lifestyle. Responsibilities Manage a daily patient
volume of approximately 30 patients, providing comprehensive pain
management care. Perform pain management procedures, including
injections, under the supervision of attending physicians. Oversee
medication refills and coordinate scheduling for procedures to
ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to deliver
high-quality, patient-centered care. Utilize excellent typing
skills to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications Valid Florida Physician Assistant license or
eligibility to obtain one. New graduates are welcome to apply;
training and mentorship are provided. Exceptional typing skills for
efficient EMR documentation. Strong interpersonal skills with a
patient-centered approach to care. Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to
detail. Additional Information Income is largely production-based,
offering substantial earning potential based on performance.
