Job Description Job Description Adult Primary Care Physician We are seeking a Florida-licensed, board-certified (or board-eligible) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient-only practice serving adults 18 and older in Mount Dora, FL! New graduates who are board-eligible and planning to take the board certification exam are welcome to apply. With no hospital rounding, no weekend shifts, and a manageable daily patient volume, this is a great opportunity for work-life balance in a collaborative environment. Our staff of skilled and experienced medical professionals is specially trained to solve puzzling diagnostic problems as well as treat patients who may be suffering from multiple conditions. Our services span the full continuum of care, from primary care to medical specialties, all dedicated to putting our patients at the forefront of everything we do. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Up to $250,000 (Based on Experience) Performance Bonuses: Up to $200,000 Starting Year 2 Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Malpractice Insurance 4 Weeks PTO 401(k) Plan CME Support: Includes payment of up to $2,000 per year Moving Expense Assistance All routine credentialing fees covered Position Highlights: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Patient Volume: 10–15 patients/day Population: Adults only (18) — no pediatrics Call: Minimal phone-only call with two options, either shared call (every 3rd day), or take your own call daily. (Either way, call volume is extremely low and rarely disruptive.)
