anesthesia team, you will deliver comprehensive anesthesia services
across a broad spectrum of surgical specialties, ensuring optimal

surgery, ENT procedures, orthopedic cases, obstetrics, vascular
surgery, healthy pediatrics, regional anesthesia, neurosurgery, and
outpatient procedures. This diverse caseload provides continuous

skill advancement, and career growth Key Responsibilities In this
role, you will provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care,
including administering anesthesia to patients undergoing diverse
surgical and medical procedures. You will continuously monitor
patients' vital signs, pain management needs, and overall
physiological status throughout procedures, making real-time
adjustments to optimize patient safety and comfort. Collaboration
is central to our practice model. You will work closely with
surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and allied healthcare
professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia
care plans tailored to each patient's unique medical history and
procedural requirements. Meticulous documentation of pre-operative
evaluations, intra-operative management, and post-operative care is
essential to our quality assurance protocols. Patient safety
remains our paramount concern. You will ensure optimal patient
comfort and security throughout the entire perioperative continuum
while maintaining readiness to respond decisively to any emergent
situations. We expect our anesthesiologists to remain current with
evolving best practices, emerging anesthesia techniques, new
medications, and advanced equipment technologies. Qualifications
Required: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Completion of an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency program
Board certification or active board eligibility in Anesthesiology
Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary anesthesia techniques,
pharmacology, and equipment Exceptional communication and
interpersonal capabilities Proven ability to function effectively
within collaborative, team-based healthcare environments Unwavering

Preferred: Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain
licensure) Both new graduates and experienced anesthesiologists are

Call Rotation: 1:4 home call schedule Work Week: Approximately 50
