Position Highlights Outpatient primary care exclusively for seniors aged 65 and older Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a dedicated lunch hour Expected daily patient volume of 10 to 15 Quality-driven care model without RVU or fee-for-service pressure IM, FM, or Geriatrics specialties accepted FM physicians should be comfortable treating a senior-only panel Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred Practice Environment Supportive, team-based clinic structure with dedicated staff Centralized resources for documentation, analytics, and care coordination Longer, unrushed appointments to elevate patient experience Streamlined workflows designed to reduce administrative burden Strong emphasis on prevention and chronic disease management Culture that values physician input, collaboration, and continuous growth Compensation and Benefits Base salary and 100K bonus potential available based on quality and outcomes Sign-on bonus W2 employed model with comprehensive benefits package Malpractice coverage, licensure support, renewal fees, and four weeks of PTO Bonus structure may be used toward student loan repayment Flexible contract structure with a three-year term and only 30-day notice requirement Candidate Requirements MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in IM, FM, or Geriatrics Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with or strong interest in caring for seniors Strong commitment to value-based, patient-first care Solid documentation skills and comfort with technology-driven workflows New graduates welcome with demonstrated alignment to senior-focused care Why Our Community?
