respected pediatric dental practice in Chicago, IL is seeking a
Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team. This opportunity is
ideal for a doctor who values clinical autonomy, strong
compensation, and a clear path to ownership —without corporate
pressure. The practice offers a guaranteed $300,000 compensation
package , flexible scheduling with the ability to start part-time
and transition into full-time , and a fast-track opportunity to
become a Principal Partner . Compensation & Financial Incentives
Guaranteed $300,000 annual compensation $2,000 per diem OR 35% of
production — whichever is greater $30,000 sign-on bonus High

Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
