We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional setting where quality of care is the highest priority. Please note, this is not a remote job position and requires on-site attendance at our Oviedo, FL location. Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis, SRP as prescribed) Take and interpret dental X-rays Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive dentistry Assist the dentist with diagnosing oral conditions Apply fluoride and sealants as needed Maintain accurate and timely patient records Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Create a positive, calming experience for patients Qualifications: Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Florida Radiology/X-ray certification CPR/BLS certification Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care Excellent communication and patient education skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive, respectful work environment Flexible scheduling Modern technology and well-equipped operatories Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships
