Job Description Job Description Salary: OPEN Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Double-Certified Family & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment. As part of our team, you will play an integral role in managing diverse patient needs while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive medical and mental health assessments in a high-volume clinic setting. Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions efficiently and effectively. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the physical and mental health needs of patients. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care, mental health strategies, and chronic disease management. Manage a full patient load while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license. Board certification in Family Medicine and Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMHNP). Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Active DEA license with prescriptive authority. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare setting preferred. Exceptional clinical decision-making, time management, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. What We Offer Competitive per-patient compensation: $80$125.
