Job Description:

our esteemed Inpatient Hematology Oncology team. This role is

nursing care to hematology and oncology patients in an inpatient
setting. Administer medications, treatments, and transfusions, and
monitor patient responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans, disease management,
and preventive measures. Participate in research and clinical
trials to advance the field of hematology and oncology. Maintain
accurate patient records and adhere to all safety guidelines.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on hematology and oncology
patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
interacting with patients, families, and medical staff. Ability to
handle emotional and stressful situations with professionalism and
empathy. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) software.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN
license in the state of practice. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
credential preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
