secure your future. Responsibilities The Clinical Resource Nurse
(CRN) works under the delegation of the Clinical Nurse Specialist
(CNS) and/or aligned nurse administrator to collaboratively improve
the quality of patient care and promote desired patient outcomes in
a designated population/specialty practice (Radiology and
Interventional Radiology specialty practice and Department of
Nursing.) This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Holders of F1
status eligible for post-completion OPT are welcome to apply. This
role is NOT eligible to participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension
program. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and
completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification.
Qualifications This role will provide support to the Department of
Radiology, Interventional Radiology, and other initiatives led by
the Department of Nursing (DON) . The CRN must be actively enrolled
in a CNS education program with certification and APRN license
anticipated completion within 5 years. Qualifications: Graduate of
a baccalaureate nursing program. Master's degree preferred. Three
years of successful work experience in nursing. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to adjust
schedule to meet patient needs and CRN workload. Two years in the
specialty area preferred. License and Certifications: Current RN
license by applicable state requirements. This RN job may require a
RN license in multiple states. Maintains current Basic Life Support
for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs:
American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers), Red
Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care
Providers), Military Training Network. Additional specialty
certification/training as required by the work area. Exemption
