Assist healthcare professionals in the examination and treatment of patients, ensuring smooth clinic operations. Perform routine diagnostic procedures, such as X-rays and lab tests, under the supervision of healthcare providers. Manage patient records and ensure documentation complies with legal and confidentiality requirements. Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, ensuring all necessary equipment is clean and operational. Schedule patient appointments, manage follow-ups, and handle patient communications efficiently. Provide basic patient care including taking vital signs, administering medication as directed, and preparing patients for examinations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required
