Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited
educational program Active State License is Required to Start the
Position BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Experience in home health settings is preferred Ability to travel
within Volusia County, including Deltona, Deland, Ormond, Palm
Coast, and Flagler Beach Benefits Mileage reimbursement at $0.44
per mile Sign-on bonus may be available, determined on a
