Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites qualified candidates to apply for the
role of Nurse Educator within our Emergency Department. This
pivotal position aims to enhance the quality of patient care by
effectively educating and training nursing staff through
evidence-based practices. Located across numerous care sites, this
role embodies our commitment to excellence and offers a robust

environment tailored to improving human life. Develop and execute
training modules for nursing staff in the Emergency Department.
Utilize up-to-date clinical research to create evidence-based
practice guidelines. Assess educational needs and the effectiveness
of training programs. Support the orientation of new nurses and
ongoing education of existing staff. Collaborate with department
heads to align educational activities with operational goals.
Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine Excellent teaching and
mentoring abilities Ability to design curriculum and educational
programs Proficiency in using educational technology and learning
management systems Strong communication and organizational skills

401k Valid RN license CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) preferred
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) is a plus BLS/ACLS Instructor
Certification desirable
