Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time,
outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This
opportunity is designed for physicians who value whole-family care,
continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment

this role, you will work closely with Advanced Practice Providers
and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern,
well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease
