for excellence is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 2–5
years of experience to join its highly regarded Private Client &
Wealth Planning practice in Florida. This is an exceptional
opportunity to work alongside elite practitioners on complex,
high-value matters for affluent individuals, families, business
owners, and multi-generational estates. The firm is known for its
refined culture, exceptional client service, and sophisticated
legal work across disciplines. Job Responsibilities Play a
meaningful role in advising clients on comprehensive estate and
wealth-transfer planning strategies. Draft and administer wills,
revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced
healthcare directives. Design tax-efficient estate plans tailored
to high-net-worth individuals and families. Advise on wealth
transfer strategies, including lifetime gifting, charitable
planning, and business succession planning. Assist with estate and
trust administration matters, maintain direct client relationships
and serve as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with attorneys across
corporate, tax, real estate, and litigation to provide holistic
client solutions What We're Looking For 2–5 years of focused estate
planning experience at a law firm or private client practice Strong
technical foundation in wills, trusts, and wealth-transfer planning
Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estates
preferred Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Florida Bar admission (or ability to become admitted promptly) A
polished, client-facing professional who thrives in a
high-standards, high-support environment
