includes multiple distribution networks across the country.

brand is still family-owned and home-based out of the NYC metro
area. We are looking for talented individuals to join our
team-oriented culture! We are seeking a Operations manager to join
our team! You will be responsible with assisting with day to day
operations and overall supply chain for House of Spices India Inc.
distribution center and its various components. This role will
assist/support all operations within the distribution center to
drive cohesive strategy that maximizes efficiency, quality, and
distribution. Essential Functions Work with warehouse, store
operations and food service as a representative for HOS programs
Work with warehouse operations and food service to ensure all
manufactured offerings, are following all proper standards and
procedures Operate as technical and subject matter expert on HOS
Brands, Goods and Services. Consult on operational procedures at
site level: Managing all warehouse operations Cleanliness
Expiration/Food Safety Inventory and cost management Assist in
ensuring full program adherence at stores Work with warehouse
personnel & all service field reps to deploy branding & product
knowledge education Collaborate with all HOS teams to implement and
create promotional activity Perform audits at stores and
communicate opportunities to store and field personnel Provide
general support to all warehouse operations for all dispensed
beverage platforms Recommend improvements to programs, offerings or
promotions with the goal being to operate a more profitable and
client-centric business Effectively communicate with sale and
warehouse personnel and influence performance on best practices and
opportunities to improve via in-store visits, phone calls and
e-mail Supports vendor relations and sourcing of products as needed
May need to write reports, speak in front of executive management,
or develop analyses Shows potential for growth in DC role Required
Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration, Management, Marketing or related field 3 or more
years experience in retail; food or convenience retail 3 or more
years of MS- Office Excel experience Knowledge and understanding of
operational best practices, with a focus on
manufacturing/distribution industry a plus Ability to travel up to
25%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for
