At Anheuser-Busch InBev, a leader in global brewing, we are seeking a dedicated General Farm Worker to join our dynamic agriculture team. This role is pivotal in nurturing the natural ingredients that craft our iconic beverages such as Budweiser, Corona, and Stella Artois. Located in our agrarian facilities, this position plays a key role in achieving our commitment to sustainable and innovative brewing practices. The ideal candidate will not only engage in daily farm activities but also contribute to our ongoing projects aimed at enhancing agricultural yield and sustainability. Perform daily farm tasks such as planting, irrigating, weeding, and harvesting crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Assist in the implementation of new agricultural technologies and processes. Monitor crop health and report any issues to the farm managers. Help in processing crops for production, following sustainable agriculture practices. Participate in training sessions to stay updated with recent agricultural trends Fundamental knowledge of agricultural operations and farm machinery Ability to perform physical labor and operate heavy machinery Understanding of sustainable farming practices and crop management Effective communication skills Strong attention to detail and observation abilities Valid driver’s license to operate farm vehicles Any relevant farming certifications will be an advantage
