We are currently searching for Full - Time Nurse Manager to work
Mondays - Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and
physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Responsible for
providing leadership, direction, and management for clinical
operations. Our specialties include Orthopedics, General, GI,
Plastics. This a fast-paced, evolving environment that requires a
highly motivated, experienced nurse with leadership and management
abilities. As a member of the leadership team, you will be
instrumental in setting the tone for the facility, as well as
directing and developing the staff.
The Clinical Manager supervises all clinical activities of
Pre-Op, PACU, OR, and Pre Admission to facilitate optimal flow of
patient care and safety. Coordinates surgery/procedure scheduling
with Business Office Manager & Administrator for optimal OR time
management. Works with the Administrator and clinical team leads to
ensure staffing, physician preference, and resources are managed
appropriately. Oversees Materials Manager to ensure proper
instrumentation and special requests are available as needed.
Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing,
knowledge, and skills, be a graduate of an accredited school of
nursing, have a current state license to practice as a registered
nurse, maintain basic cardiac life support certification, ACLS, and
PALS. Experience in clinical supervisory, Pre - Op, PACU, operating
room, and GI Endoscopy deep knowledgeable of state, regulatory,
CMS, and AAAHC policies. Experience working with large physician
partnerships and corporate management companies in an ASC
environment. Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, have a
positive "can-do" attitude, and promote efficient use of center
resources. The Candidate will report directly to the Center
