Job Description: Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruiting candidates across a broad spectrum of roles at various levels. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, consulting with Hiring Managers throughout the process, and managing negotiations and offers. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment law and fostering transparency, simplicity, and respect in candidate interactions.
Responsibilities

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using consistent templates and behavior-based techniques.
  • Present pre-screened candidates to management through established processes.
  • Demonstrate best practices and troubleshoot recruitment issues collaboratively.
  • Champion diversity recruitment strategies by utilizing sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.
  • Research the competitive landscape to anticipate obstacles and strategize accordingly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create competitive offers, leveraging knowledge of benefits, compensation, and applicant motivations.
  • Guide candidates through recruitment steps and keep all parties informed of progress.
  • Address routine concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately, maintaining positive candidate experiences.
  • Maintain market intelligence and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Assist in evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, and troubleshooting the process by reviewing internal and market compensation data.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions using recruitment expertise.
  • Develop action plans for requisitions and report progress to management.
