Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative
to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by
providing product and service information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities: Provide response to all incoming telephone
queries received from customers in a timely and professional
manner. Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide
information about the products and services Document and update
customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a
knowledge base of the evolving products and services NO SALES!
Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Proficient with MS Office
Exceptional telephone demeanor Ability to maintain a high level of
confidentiality Previous experience in customer service, retail, or
other related fields Excellent written and verbal communication
skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour plus quarterly
incentives Hours: Monday through Friday 11:30 AM-8 PM. Training
