Job Description Job Description Description: About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our growing presence in the Orlando market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working closely with sales and marketing teams, and contributing directly to business growth. If you’re organized, proactive, and excited about marketing campaigns, client support, and sales coordination, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements: Support day-to-day marketing initiatives and local campaigns Assist the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM updates Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and proposals Help manage social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional efforts Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis Communicate with clients and prospects in a professional, timely manner Provide administrative support related to sales and marketing activities Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic marketing tools Self-starter with attention to detail and a positive attitude Familiarity with the Orlando market is a plus Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary between $45,000 and $50,000 , based on experience Commission structure tied to qualified leads, closed deals, or revenue generated, providing additional earning potential beyond base salary (details shared during the interview process) Paid PTO and vacation 20% reimbursement for health insurance and dental coverage Opportunity for professional growth within a supportive, collaborative team Hands-on experience in both marketing and sales with direct impact on company growth Why Join IOM Inside & Out Maintenance (IOM) is a privately owned, growing commercial cleaning and facility services company with a strong presence across multiple markets.
