Areas of Accountability Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door Learn and deliver our “TRUE Experience” — a customer-first selling approach focused on connection, not pressure Support customers in finding the right fit, offering product knowledge and styling tips Contribute to a high-performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated Maintain store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and shoppable Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays Accurately and efficiently process transactions Qualifications 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience (bonus if you’ve worked in a high-volume store Strong communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly A positive, team-first mindset and a passion for providing great service Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physical aspects of the role Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Climb ladders and step stools as necessary. Maintain energy and focus in a busy retail setting.
