Job Description:
ICE Data Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Intercontinental
Exchange, Inc., is looking for a Team Leader, Contributor
Relations, to join our Reference Data Operations business. The
Contributor Relations Team is primarily focused on global fixed
income data procurement for various data operations teams
supporting the fixed income reference data business. This team is
pivotal to the data maintenance process and supports a variety of
market trusted products and services. As Team Leader, you will lead
a team responsible for communicating with various fixed income
market participants to procure fixed income terms and conditions
data for securities issued across the globe and for content
associated with both the primary and secondary markets. This role
is working team leader position, and you will be expected to also
help to manage the various queues of work. You and your team will
be responsible for handling a variety of data inquiries to procure
data in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. Responsibilities •
Lead a team of 5, located in New York City and Jacksonville,
Florida. Working with the Director, create and ensure the team
adheres to productivity metrics. Create monthly productivity
reports that provide insights into how each team member is
performing against their goals and provide them real time feedback
throughout the year. • Mentor and provide subject matter expertise
to the more junior members of the team on more complex queries
within their field of expertise. • Improve accuracy and timeliness
metrics by analyzing challenges and requests for erroneous patterns
and identifying process improvements for the team. • Conduct root
cause analysis for large scale client inquiries to determine
causation and work with the wider RDO group to develop solutions. •
Assist in the planning and coordinating of work assignments for the
team (e.g. bulk challenges/projects) determining priorities. • Work
with teams to facilitate sessions on policies and procedures needed
to support new content. • Create requirement documents as needed to
support new content/attributes. • Collaborate with the different
groups to assist with client inquiries pertaining to coverage. •
Identify and implement process improvements for the team that are
large in scope and complex in nature. • Make sound subjective
decisions when interpreting legal and financial information by
utilizing subject matter expertise to infer, deduce and ultimately
draw the right conclusions. Knowledge and Experience • Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree
preferred. • 3 years’ corporate level experience • Solid
understanding of fixed income markets
