Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Lake Highland's Athletics department seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach for the JV Boys Lacrosse team. This role focuses primarily on coaching and developing middle school and sub-varsity level players, with an emphasis on preparing them for a successful transition to varsity-level play. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the JV boys lacrosse program Assist with varsity practices, games, and program development Develop young athletes with a focus on skill-building, sportsmanship, and teamwork Help facilitate the progression of players from sub-varsity to varsity level This is an adjunct, non-benefitted, seasonal position.
