Job Description:
Ascension, a leader in faith-based healthcare, is looking for a
dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead RN to join our team. In
this role, you will lead nursing staff in delivering excellent care
to our patients and ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
As part of our innovative healthcare network, you will have the
opportunity to impact patient care directly while working in a
supportive, spiritually fulfilling environment. Oversee daily
operations of the nursing staff and ensure adherence to established
policies and procedures. Coordinate patient care activities and
establish workflows that promote quality and efficiency.
Participate in the development and implementation of patient care
plans. Mentor and lead nursing staff, providing training and
development opportunities. Monitor patient care for quality
assurance and implement improvements as needed. Maintain compliance
with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Communicate
effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to
ensure a patient-centered approach. Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in clinical techniques and patient care Critical thinking
and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle stressful
situations calmly and effectively Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state practicing Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
