Salary: 90,000-130,000 We are seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Florida. This
is a ground floor opportunity with the opening of a new location ,
offering the chance to play a key role in building and shaping our
regional presence. As the operation grows, this position provides a
unique opportunity to develop into a leadership role within the
regional operation. The Sales Representative will focus on driving
sales growth in the packaging and produce industries, with an
emphasis on building relationships, expanding market share, and
delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. As a remote
position, the Sales Representative will work independently while
collaborating closely with internal teams. Sales & Business
Development • Sales Prospecting: Identify and research potential
customers through various channels, including online research, cold
calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing
networks. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong
relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand
client needs, provide effective solutions, and act as a trusted
advisor. • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver customized
product or service presentations, highlighting features, benefits,
and value propositions tailored to specific customer needs and pain
points. Participate in key industry events (e.g., IFPA & CPMA). •
Negotiation and Closing: Drive the sales process from initial
contact to closing deals. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts
to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. • Sales Pipeline
Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline by tracking
leads, opportunities, and activities. Use our systems or other
sales tools to organize and prioritize tasks, follow-ups, and
interactions. • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay current
with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Leverage insights to identify new opportunities and develop
strategies that differentiate our company. • Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts,
activity tracking, and pipeline updates. Provide management with
insights into sales performance, trends, and challenges. Market
Expansion & Strategy • Collaborate closely with senior leadership
on U.S. market strategies. • Provide insights on regional market
trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. • Contribute to
Continuous improvement & Innovation • Contribute to operational
planning for future branch development, including staffing,
infrastructure, and process design. Leadership Growth • Demonstrate

equivalent advanced business/leadership education strongly
preferred. • Experience in the packaging or produce industry is
required. • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with the
ability to consistently meet or exceed targets. • Strong
understanding of packaging applications in fresh produce, food
distribution, or related sectors. • Entrepreneurial, self-starter
mindset with the ability to thrive in a new-market environment. •
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. •
Demonstrated leadership potential and career ambition to advance
into management. • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a valid
passport for international travel. • Must be able to travel
internationally without restrictions to meet clients and support
business development initiatives. • Bilingual English/Spanish
skills considered an asset given the Florida and Latin American
produce markets. Working Conditions This position is based on a
standard work week of 37.5 hours, generally between the hours of
8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Business demands may
occasionally require flexibility, including working additional or
irregular hours, evenings, or weekends. As this is an exempt,
salaried position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), you
will not be eligible for overtime pay. You are expected to manage
your schedule in a manner that ensures responsibilities and
performance expectations are met. Work Environment This role is a
remote position, with the flexibility to work from a home office.
You will be provided with the necessary tools and technology to
perform your responsibilities effectively. While the role is
primarily remote, you will be required to travel regularly within
Florida to visit clients, attend trade shows, and participate in
industry events. Occasional travel outside of Florida, including
International Travel to Canada, may also be required for training,
corporate meetings, or strategic initiatives. Travel schedules may
extend beyond typical business hours, and you are expected to
maintain the flexibility necessary to meet business and customer
